    How Do We Guarantee the Equity?
    When you purchase a property from us for $1.2M, we simultaneously sign a buy-back agreement, guaranteeing to repurchase the property for $1.4M upon project completion. This provides you with a minimum guaranteed return of $200K.

    However, based on our market research, experience, past results and our proprietary VantaGE Guaranteed Equity formula, we’re confident the property will be worth significantly more than $1.4M at completion—making $200K your worst-case scenario.

    You’re under no obligation to sell the property back to us. In fact, many of our clients choose to retain the property and benefit from its increased value. We often recommend refinancing instead, allowing you to release the equity and invest in a second property—compounding your wealth further. This strategy typically delivers a $200K equity gain within 12 months, with strong potential for even greater upside.
    In most cases, the actual equity far exceeds the guaranteed amount.

    If the market value is higher than the guaranteed price, our buy-back clause allows you to retain the property instead of selling it back.
